1. Run hose from rear chain oilier into primary chain housing to oil front chain

1a. Block off oil return from primary by welding end of fitting shut

2. Attach hose to breather fitting and run hose below frame (makes for clean parts when you’re ridding)

3. Attach oil line to breather

4. Install return oil line

5. Install oil inlet line

6. Block off primary oilier

Suggestion; heat up the tip of hose or slap a touch of oil on it to make it easier to slip hose over fitting. We use braided vinyl, double walled, nylon reinforced lines. 3/8" for the oil lines: inlet, primary, breather. 1/4" for the rear chain oilier to primary
